At Eltara Casata, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, if applicable, you may return or exchange your purchase when it is presented with established proof of purchase in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below:
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we are happy to accommodate a return of your items within fourteen (14) days of your receipt thereof. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will have the option to (i) receive a refund to your original method of purchase or (ii) be given a merchandise credit of the same price as the returned item. Merchandise credits are valid for up to one (1) year from the date they were issued. At this time, Eltara Casata does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange the returned item for a different item, follow the return process and proceed to order a new product.
Made to Order Items, Custom Design Orders and items marked as “Final Sale” are strictly non-refundable. Additional terms and conditions may apply, as further set forth on each product page, from time to time.
If your item is eligible for a return, please e-mail [email protected] and include:
- Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase;
- Name on the order;
- Email address on the order; and
- Whether or not you would like a merchandise credit or refund to your original method of purchase.
If any item(s) you receive are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email [email protected] and include:
- Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase;
- Name on the order;
- Email address on the order; and
- A photograph clearly demonstrating the entire item purchased and a close-up image of damaged area of the item.
Once we receive your request, we will review it to ensure that you qualify for a return. Based on our review, we will notify you via email if you do qualify, subject to our inspection of the returned item. If your return is authorized and the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate, based on the option you select, either (i) a refund to your original method of payment or (ii) your merchandise credit. If you select a refund to your method of payment, you will receive a credit to your account within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
